What size am I?

We know that it's tricky sometimes to figure out fit and sizing when online shopping! We've created a size guide to help you select the right sizes, and you can find this guide on all our product pages. If you're still unsure, then send us an email at support@perfecttractionz.com and we'll be glad to help you out! 

What's my order status?

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can follow along. To review your order or return status, click HERE.

How do I edit my address?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit or make changes. We can, however, attempt to update the address through our couriers. Keep in mind, this process is never a guarantee as it depends on the status of the shipment. Can I cancel my order? 

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent we’re unable to modify or make edits once it’s been placed.

How do I know when the item I’m looking for is back in stock? 

You can sign up to receive in-stock notifications to know if and when the items you’re looking for are back in stock. Subscribe to our emails! We will let you know all the latest and greatest! 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-21 business days. Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking information so you can follow along. For more details on our shipping fees and timelines, click HERE.

My order has shipped but seems to be delayed. What's happening? 

Oh no! Recently, we've been informed by many of our local shipping partners that non-urgent and non-medical deliveries have been delayed due to the prioritization of COVID-19 vaccine distribution. But, if you send us a note at support@perfecttractionz.com we'll check into it and see if we can find any additional information.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

All sales are final and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please email support@perfecttractionz.com and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your request. Do not send returned items to the sender's address from the package you received. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first. 

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Absolutely! We are here to help you with all your activewear needs. Please send us an email to support@perfecttractionz.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
